Ingredients
½ diced red onion
3 cloves roasted garlic
1 chopped shallot
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp salted butter
chopped cilantro
1 can orange juice concentrate
zest and juice of 1 orange
2 ½ oz Amber Agave Nectar
2 ½ cups water
salt & pepper (to taste)
chipotle to taste (for the heat)

Method
- Saute - onion, shallot, garlic w. oil & butter
- Add orange zest, orange juice, orange juice concentrate, Amber Agave Nectar and bring to boil.
- Add water, herbs and chipotle, bring to boil again and reduce for 10 minutes
- To thicken more, reduce in small sauce pan with butter.
